Our Venue: The Long Beach Hotel is one of the most historic buildings in our beautiful #seabythecity
Our Leaders:
Azi Cutter, CEO by day, inspirational and motivational speaker by habit and choice.  Almost 10 years ago, Azi and Jessica moved to Long Beach to help grow the community and bring the outreach work they were doing in Manhattan to the South Shore of Long Island.  Their High Holiday services leapt from 60 participants to over 600 and throughout the year Azi brings inspirational insights to many the many who attend LBJE monthly services as well as the High Holidays.
Rabbi Aryeh Smith, Entrepreneur by day, Chazzan by talent, Rabbi and Educator by passion and drive.  Rabbi Aryeh Smith's innate passion and fire is truly infectious.  His soulful singing voice, and natural charisma have been a beautiful addition to our LBJE services.  While during the day Aryeh can be found meeting with high level Real Estate executives, by night he is found giving back to the community with his wisdom and passion as an educated teacher and leader.
AND our newest team member:
Rabbi Yaakov Gruenstein, hailing from Miami, Florida, spent most of his time on the basketball court. His friends wanted him to play college ball, but he decided to hit the study halls to become a Rabbi. His dynamic persona brightens the room, and his down to earth open-minded personality makes him an amazing educator. Rabbi G. has positively impacted so many lives in the Long Island community. His love and respect for people led Rabbi G. to become a certified life/relationship coach. He completed his coach training through the Robbins-Madanes Training Program. Rabbi G. is also the Campus Rabbi at LIU Post in Brookville, and is waiting for the LIU Pioneers’ basketball team to recruit him. 😊 He continuously collaborates with former Congressman Steve Israel of the Global Institute at LIU to combat anti- Semitism and promote Zionism.  He is blessed with 3 beautiful, lively, energetic girls Ahuva, Shevy, and Malky and therefore likes to meet people and study in the local Starbucks Shop. Rabbi G is always up for a one on one on the courts or over a Jewish text.
